CANOE-TRIPS
Tours we did with our Ally folding canoe and our Alpacka
Packrafts.
 Ally
folding canoe: 5,5m long, 17,5 Kg heavy. Easy to pack on a bike
trailer and set up big enough to transport all our gear and our bikes.
Time needed to set it up: 30 - 45 minutes. |

 Alpacka
Packraft: 2,5 Kg light and packed smaller than a light 2-person
tent. Inflated in less than 3 minutes with a baglike pump. Although
so small and light they are very strong and are even not scared
of WW IV (although we are). We managed to transport food and campinggear
for 8 days without any problem. The gear is simply strapped to the
stem, whichs makes the rafts even more stable. As all inflatable
boats they are a bit sensitive in windy conditions but even if you
take them out for some "seakajaking" they perform surprisingly
